BOOKING POLICY
A deposit (non-refundable and non-transferable) of 50% of the total hunt cost must be received on or before the 10th day after booking the hunt. The deposit reserves the dates specified in the contract. The balance must be received before the hunt starts. Should the initial 50% deposit not be received prior to the 10th day after booking, the specified contract dates are then available to other hunters until the deposit is received.
Non-hunter fee is $150 per person per day.
NO SHOW POLICY
In the event of a no show from the paying client, all monies collected will not be refunded, nor transferred.
WOUNDED ANIMAL POLICY
If an animal is shot at and blood is found the hunt has been completed and the wounded animal is your animal. We will make every effort to locate the animal.
BIG GAME CARE
Upon harvesting big game, your animal will be field dressed and taken back to camp to be skinned. Once skinned the carcass is the hunters responsibility. Please bring game bags and have a plan for meat care. We have a local processor we can recommend for you to make arrangements. Skinned hides will be stored in deep freeze until you depart. Deep freeze will be for hides only and will not be available for meat.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO:
Have all hunters sign a waiver of liability form.
Use hunt and post hunt pictures for website and social media use. Faces will be blurred at hunters request.

Using Outwest Adventures LLC pictures, name and likeness for personal gain or profit, civil action WILL be taken.
